The first transnational Project meeting was held on 25th and 26th October 2021 in Gümüşhacıköy/Amasya/Turkey. The purpose of the project beginning meeting is to provide the partners know each other. The participants arrived in the venue of the meeting the day before the meeting started. The hosting organization met the participants in the airport and took them to their hotels in Merzifon. In the evening all the participants met in a meeting dinner.
The meeting started on 25th October at 9.30 a.m. in the meeting hall of Gümüşhacıköy with the opening speech of Ercan Gültekin, District Director of National Education. 3 participants from UNIVERSITATEA DIN BUCURESTI, 2 participants from Anadolu University, COFAC COOPERATIVA DE FORMACAO E ANIMACAOCULTURAL CRL, Fikri Tesisat Egitim ve Danismanlik Ltd. Sti., 1 participant from Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Lodzi joined the meeting. No participants joined the meeting from WYZSZA SZKOLA EKONOMII I INNOWACJI W LUBLINIE because of the covid-19 situation in Lublin however they participated the meeting online.
The participating organizations introduced their institutions – school system and the way they handle online distance education process especially during Covid-19 Pandemic. The coordinator organization presented the details of the Project to the participants. The detailed information about the budget, the concrete outputs, timeline of the project. The duties of the partners within the Project were distributed.
The sub-project teams, Monitoring and Evaluation Comitee(1 person from each partner), Dissemination Comitee(2 people from each partner) were created. Quality Assurance/Budget/Contracts were discussed and the hosting organization gave information about these topics. At the end of the first day of the meeting the particapants tried Turkish archery in Gümüşhacıköy. They visited the Gümüş mosque which had been used as a church.
On the second day of the meeting the participants prepared for the 2nd TPM. The dates of the following TPMs and LTT activity/ Focusing on the content of these activities were planned.
The participants evaluated the activity. They filled the meeting evaluation form. At the end of the meeting they asked the questions about outputs and budget. With the participantion of district director of National Education the ceremony of certificate was completed. The district director of national Education gave the farewell speech at the end of the meeting. All the participants stated their pleasure about the meeting. After the meeting a cultural tour was held in Amasya. Its museums, historical places and tourist attractions were visited.
The purpose of the project beginning meeting is to provide the partners know each other. In this meeting, each partner will make presentations introducing their organizations. Thus, all partners and meeting, all details about management, budget, concrete outputs, activities, timeline and Quality Assurance will be presented and discussed to realize a good project. Gümüşhacıköy district National Education Directorate will carry out the necessary preparations for the meeting.
In the meeting, the duties of all partners till the next TPM will be determined. Partners are to fulfill the preparations they are resposnible to participate the next meeeting ready.
